| Program Summary: This 90-minute program reviews critical data regarding safety in the magnetic resonance environment. With current information, MRI healthcare professionals are better able to ensure patient and staff safety and optimize MRI suite guidelines. Frank Shellock, PhD, outlines recommendations from peer-reviewed literature and documents developed by the Food and Drug Administration, the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, the American College of Radiology, and the Institute for Magnetic Resonance, Safety, Education and Research, and other organizations. This CME-accredited program is a 90-minute video-based program that is divided into separate video chapters. The entire video must be viewed before completing the post-test in order to qualify for credit. |
